You're Invited!!!
Dear Sister,
We are delighted to invite you to join us for a special 7-night eco-somatic wellness retreat on the beautiful island of Aegina, Greece, from August 16th to August 23rd, 2025.
Nestled in the serene surroundings of the Karapanou Estate, this retreat offers the perfect environment to nourish your mind, body, and soul through movement, meditation, and deep connection.
We invite you to embrace this opportunity to reconnect with your inner self, supported by the strength of sisterhood.
All levels of movement experience are welcome— whether you are a beginner or a seasoned mover and shaker!
Through somatics and interdisciplinary forms, we will ground, awaken, and reconnect to ourselves and each other in a sacred and supported space.
We can’t wait to share this beautiful journey with you.
With love and gratitude,
Jade & Rulan

Overview
Accommodation
“Oikia is above all a house with a soul. Somehow the essence of a house, surrounded by an enchanted garden. Nothing here is formal, nothing is standardised. We are not a hotel, nor a seminar factory.
Oikia is a real house. Simple, spacious, poetic, refined. A place where guests often tell us that they feel as if they have finally arrived home.
« Oikia » (pronounced ee-kee-ah), means "residence" in greek and is at the root of such words as ecosystem, ecology.”

“(Jade) held such a safe and nourishing space for us wahine to be completely vulnerable.
It was my first introduction to intentionally welcome sisterhood into my healing journey, which had such an impact on the ways I’m able to surrender.
From sensual and elemental dancing, to sharing circles and meditation, and a nourishing Kai; i couldn’t have had more of a full compass day.
Truly blessed and cannot wait to see the future events and spaces held by these powerful wahine. Blessed x"

“In a world of overwhelm and division, being in a safe space where I can bring all of my self to be held, celebrated and integrated is sacred. A sacred space like this can only be thoughtfully curated and facilitated by Rulan Tangen, who from her lived experience and creative genius knows how to usher an usher integration and wellness. ”
-Emily Baker
“Each time I come away feeling grounded, refreshed and positive. Jade has facilitated a number of wāhine gatherings that have provided a safe space for like-minded women to connect, and find friendship and support. It has been a fantastic way to gain perspective on personal situations, and to reinforce our connection with culture and language, the environment, and with each other.“
